• Stock is subject to supplier availability. All Pre Order items not 100% available. Stock may out of order (we will only know it when we place your order from supplier). There will be a REFUND if there is out of order. Please DON'T take order if you can't accept this issue.

• We are not entertaining any cancellation once order is confirmed and payment had been paid by customer. Please take note that goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable unless cause by quality issued such as ragged & dyeing of cloths.
